Personas

Knowing your audience is everything to a developer, how else are you going to know who you're designing for? Well Persona Development is my strong suit. I'm able to create several people who look like our key demographics with believable goals and I'm able to easily able to make them recognizably different even just in palette.

Above you can tell from the colours what kind of people Ciara and Ryan are just by their colours and themes. Ciara is cool and secretive like the night while Ryan is bright and idealistic like the day. While some details don't apply to the scenario it makes them more full as people making it easy to understand them better.

The final slide is a scenario, leaving you able to understand just how different that they are and how differently they would use the intended application to accomplish their own goals.

The was initially made for the use of a travel application where things like travel needs and habits were part of the knowledge needed.

Simple Animation

Miku Hatsune is a virtual singer, a piece of Japanese techknowledgy made by Crypton to sing. Ever since her creation, Miku has skyrocketed vocaloids into mainstream popularity. So what if she had her very own Google day to reflect her 10th anniversary?

To exhibit the things that are important to Miku I made a lot of design choices to make her familiar. Choosing the most known Miku design rather than the newest, making the letters of Google like glow sticks and exhibiting the holographic stage she needs behind her, making it more stage-like with the addition of lights with varying brightness. I wanted to show just how lively Miku is on stage, so with this in mind I put her in the one third's position to draw the most attention and make her jump excitedly.

If you're unfamiliar with her music and want a song to try out, I'd suggest an English one called Miku by the producer Anamanaguchi.
